Service details, pricing, turnaround time, and revision limits depend on the selected package or written agreement.

Order Process & Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate instructions, reference images, and correct file formats.
  • Any delay or quality issue caused by missing or unclear instructions is not the responsibility of Atelpix.
  • Once an order is confirmed, changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Bulk, complex, or urgent projects may require extended delivery timelines.
  • Our three-shift workflow allows continuous production, including weekends and holidays.

  • Revisions are provided according to the selected service package.
  • Revision requests must align with the original instructions.

New instructions, style changes, or added images will be treated as a new order.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in advance.
  • Payments must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Atelpix reserves the right to pause or cancel work for unpaid invoices.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once production has started.
  • Refunds may be considered only if Atelpix fails to deliver work according to the agreed instructions.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted images.
  • After full payment, clients receive full usage rights to the final edited images.
  • Atelpix may display completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests written confidentiality.

Confidentiality

  • All client files and information are treated as strictly confidential.
  • Internal access is limited to assigned production staff only.

Prohibited Content

Clients may not submit content that is:

  • Illegal or fraudulent
  • Copyright-infringing
  • Sexually explicit, hateful, or offensive
  • Misleading or unethical

Limitation of Liability

Atelpix shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profit or business interruption
  • Data loss beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Termination of Service
